About Mining Facility

Our air-cooled ASIC data center, fully managed and located in South Florida, offers a total power capacity of 6MW. Our gated complex provides keycard-only access, with multiple security cameras both inside and outside our warehouses and containers, as well as a 24-hour monitored alarm system. Additionally, our location next to a main artery for fiber internet and power in Florida ensures gigabit fiber connectivity for your mining needs.


Hosting FAQ

What is the duration of the agreement?

Our hosting agreements at Falkor Mining are for one year with no automatic renewal. Our support team will contact you two months before the hosting agreement expires, giving you the option to renew or terminate your contract.

How much is the deposit?

The deposit is equal to two months of payments for all hosted ASIC miners, and must be paid prior to hardware deployment.

Does Falkor Miner handle warranty?

We take care of the ASIC warranty process for all of our customers. For miners not purchased through us, there is a flat service fee of $25 per warranty application. However, miners purchased from Falkor Mining are exempt from this service fee. Contact us for more information on our warranty services and how we can support your mining needs.

Can i cancel hosting agreement at any time?

You have the option to cancel your hosting agreement at any time with 30 days’ notice, although cancelling earlier than the agreement’s expiration will result in the forfeiture of your two-months deposit. However, you have the right to not renew your 1-year agreement without penalty and receive a refund of your deposit.

What is the uptime at our data center?

Our uptime is above 95%

How does the ASIC repair process work?

All basic troubleshooting is included in our services. We only charge for actual parts replacements. Our data center features an on-site hashboard repair shop, allowing our experienced technicians to quickly identify and fix any issues. Before proceeding with any repairs, we contact the customer for approval to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
